1. Surround yourself with the most extraordinary people you can find. People who fascinate, inspire, challenge and encourage you. Values-focused people who are courageous enough to both articulate and take action toward visions that most are unwilling to even imagine. These people create feelings of connection and possibility that are difficult to describe and impossible to ignore.
2. Say “yes” to what emerges from being with those people. And something will emerge. How could it not?
Extraordinary people.
Biggest possible vision.
Shared commitment to creation.
Yes. Yes. Yes.

Nailed it!! So true…
Thanks so much, Bridget. This means a lot to me. My heart is full for teachers…so much opportunity and responsibility! All the best too you!
Thanks David for this great reminder that by surrounding yourself with greatness you can breed greatness. Being a teacher, I am always trying to collaborate with other inspiring and talented educators so we can create the best learning environment for our students. Some days, I feel very defeated and alone regarding my ambitions. Your piece makes me feel energized and encouraged again and could not have come at at better time. Thank you!
